Process to Manufacture Nickel Alloy Pipe Fittings

The process to manufacture pipe fittings differ from product to product. For example Elbows weather short radius or long radius or even U Bends are being manufactured from a longer pipe but while manufacturing a short stub ends we need only a piece of circle. As far as Tee is concerned weather Equal Tee or Unequal Tee it can be manufactured with two process one is welded and another one is seamless. Seamless tees are manufactured from a single piece of pipe with forging process.

Nickel alloy Pipe fittings are specific in nature and that is why the application of these fittings are critical or even super critical some times. Normally these kind of super alloyed Pipes are required at very high temperature or highly corrosive applications.
